A great little article about how staying up late can be really beneficial. I love this guy for writing this… I’ve always felt guilty for my late night sessions. However there’s nothing like the clarity you get when it’s dark… everyone’s asleep… and it’s just you… good food/tea… and the computer.
October 2020 Edit: Well, it came. It’s 10 years since I wrote this post, and ageing has caught up with me! I now no longer like staying up late – instead preferring to get to bed and get up early instead! My “best energy” these days is earlier in the day. And if I try to stay up late, I feel terrible the next day. So… the point being… stay up late (and enjoy it!) while you can is indeed true.
